By donating a bike to Ride On you will be helping a local charity, registered no.1174055, help share the benefits of cycling within the community. We will refurbish the bike and make it roadworthy before either using it within one of our charity driven projects – see Community Projects page for a few examples, or selling it on at an affordable price – this money then goes towards delivering further projects to benefit the community and towards the running costs of the charity. We take bikes in any state, we can take the good bits off rusty bikes, to give the life back to another.
Please bring the bikes to our workshop at 61 Haven Road Exeter EX2 8DP – we really appreciate this effort if you can as it helps us keep our costs down.
If that is not possible, please call us and we may be able to arrange a pick up. Please note, although we love to take in every bike, in some cases, there is little we can do to salvage parts or fix damaged frames. For instance, if the bike has been left outside for long periods many components may be seized or rusted. If you are not sure or have any questions, please contact us, as we are a really friendly bunch and want to make sure you get to know us and understand what we are endeavouring to do.

Check out your older relatives and ask them if they have an old bike in the shed or garage to donate. We are building a collection of older bikes as part of a living museum to cycling and are looking for any type of “older” bicycle – drop them into us so we can make them ready for a new life and to educate our younger generation about such things as Rod Brakes and Sturmey Archer Gears!
Drop us a line if you have any questions email@example.com or give us a call 07544314749
